MEDIUM DAMAGE
Two or more minor damages are measured as medium damage. Fine is 100 ₾
INCORRECT PARKING
After you end the ride, park vehicle in the zones designated by Tbilisi City Municipality. Incorrect parking is fined 10 ₾.
IGNORING THE TRAFFIC RULES
Breaking traffic rules will cause a fine from patrol police. Also, avoid riding on the sidewalk and in the opposite direction. The fine is 20 ₾.
MOPED HYGIENE MEASURES
If after the ride moped will require any kind of special cleaning, the fine will be 20₾. (Not applying to bad weather or dust)
MINOR DAMAGE
Slight damage (ex: plastic frame, the brake, the mirror etc.) is fined 50₾. Also, please take notice that several minor damages can be considered as a major damage.
DRUNK DRIVING
Ride sober! Riding under the influence of alcohol, or any other substance will cause a fine of 150₾.
ABANDONING THE VEHICLE
Every ride is to be completed inside of Scroll operating zones. Leaving the moped outside of Scroll ending zones or without ending the ride is fined 100 ₾.
LOSS OF HELMET
After the ride helmets are returned to the rack trunk. If lost, the fine will be 150 ₾.
RIDING WITHOUT HELMETS
Helmets are vitally important for you and your companion. Riding without helmets will cause a fine of 20₾.
MAJOR DAMAGE
Take care of the moped condition, so others can ride safely as well. Major damage (ex. moped tire disc, steering axle or trunk etc.) will cause a fine of 300₾. As stated above, several minor damages can be considered as a major damage.
HANDING THE MOPED OVER
While in usage, Scroll will record you as a rider. Don’t hand it over to someone else. This will cause a fine of 200 ₾.
IGNORING REPORT
Reporting moped damage or missing helmets is mandatory. Skipping the report will cause a 20 ₾ fine.
